The iIIRG-S is a sub-section of the International Investigative Interviewing Research Group and committed to providing information and support to student members of the iIIRG. Through a student-oriented approach, our aim is to increase the visibility of students within the group. Using feedback and guidance from students themselves, the iIIRG-S offers valuable advice, awards, funding opportunities, and useful resources to facilitate involvement.

Why join the iIIRG-S?

We strongly believe that students are the future of investigative interviewing research and practice. They are a fundamental aspect of the research group and we value each and every one of our members. The iIIRG-S promotes and encourages student involvement to ensure that its members feel part of a student community within which to thrive.

At our Annual Conference each year, we hold student events and these are a fantastic opportunity to meet and socialise with other student members in a fun and relaxed environment. Such events also provide students with the opportunity to chat about their research and share ideas. The iIIRG-S is a very friendly and welcoming research group, and we are always happy to answer any questions that you may have. If you would like further information about the iIIRG-S, feel free to contact your student representative (see below). We would be delighted to hear from you.

For existing iIIRG-S members, please get in touch anytime to update us on your research. We would love to hear how it is progressing and include your work on the iIIRG-S webpage.
